We’re excited to welcome our new starters to begin their student journey with us! Your enrolment and induction days are designed to help you settle in, meet your tutors and peers, and get familiar with your new learning environment.
This year, your main enrolment dates are Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th of September.
Your induction will be the week commencing the 14th of September, more details regarding induction will be given at enrolment.

You will receive an email in August regarding your enrolment appointment, so please keep an eye on your inbox, including spam and junk folders! If you haven’t received an email by September or have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the enrolment team at HE_enrolment@dncolleges.ac.uk.
When your appointment comes around, make sure you come to see us at University Campus Doncaster, The Hub, Chappell Dr, Doncaster DN1 2RF.
If you are unable to attend your enrolment session, do not worry! Please let us know by emailing us on HE_enrolment@dncolleges.ac.uk and quote your student reference number and course title and an alternative date/time can be arranged.
- Qualification Certificates
- Photographic ID
- Student Finance Award Notification
- Letter of Sponsorship (This should be on company headed paper and must show your name, course title, academic year, and amount that you are being sponsored for).
- DBS Certificate (if applicable)
- A notebook and pen
Once you’re enrolled, that’s it – you’re officially a University Campus Doncaster student and we look forward to seeing you again soon on your start date!
If you have changed your mind about the course you would like to study, and would like to study something else, come speak to our staff and we can discuss the right path for you.
Enrolment takes place at University Campus Doncaster (The Hub, Chappell Dr, Doncaster DN1 2RF). Once you enter you will be shown where you need to go to complete enrolment.
You should have received your enrolment information via email in August, so please ensure you check your spam and junk folders to ensure you don’t miss any messages. If you have any issues or questions, or have not received an email by August 31st please contact the enrolment team on HE_enrolment@dncolleges.ac.uk.
You will receive your student card and lanyard on enrolment day.
