This course at DNColleges explores the responsibilities of the Construction Manager and their essential involvement in the construction, maintenance of the infrastructure, and key technologies and processes involved in supervising construction projects. You will be able to describe, analyse and evaluate construction project requirements, determine, allocate and plan and manage resources for the efficient delivery of projects using modern techniques.

Upon completion of your HND Construction Management you will have developed a wider knowledge of the construction which will prepare you for employment opportunities in the industry as a Site Supervisor or take further qualifications to further your knowledge and understanding of the industry

Successful and satisfactory completion of Level 4 HNC Construction Management to Construction (HTQ/RQF standards).

- Books/texts - You will have access to texts from your unit reading lists in our Learning Resource Centres as well as Pearson’s dedicated HN Global platform but, you may wish to buy your own copies for personal use.
- Printing and photocopying
- Trips and enhancement opportunities.
- PPE – On occasion, field trips can require students to provide PPE although, we will advise on this as required. Costs are kept to a minimum.
